“What is happening in Gaza today is the stark manifestation of an injustice and crime that humanity’s history has not seen before,” the office said in a statement on Sunday.
The Zionist regime, with the support of the world arrogance, is massacring Palestinian children, women and men in a vicious way while many Arab governments remain silent, it deplored.
The statement described the silence in the face of the Israeli regime’s brutalities as betraying the Muslim Ummah.
Referring to Verse 38 of Surah Muhammad, “He will bring in your place another people, then they will not be like you,” the statement wondered whether such rulers are not fearful of the consequences of their conduct.
“Today, defending the people of Gaza is a sacred Jihad that is an obligation for every Muslim. We ask the Arab governments: Has the time not come for you to show your Islamic zeal? Do you not fear the day when God will hold you accountable for your silence in the face of oppression?”
